“Sunday Best” is a menswear collection that stemmed from Jack’s own personal experience of childhood and my personal style. Influential figures in our lives, such as parents and grandparents. Jack looked back to vintage childrenswear garments and patterns of the 1930’s to reflect craft methods of the time such as the ‘‘mend and make do” philosophy of the time.

This project was shot on Portra 35mm film on the grounds of Ardgillan Castle in summer 2022. We used natural sunlight and a softbox studio light. I’m delighted with how the regal location reflected Jack’s smart fitting garments. Ben Harte assisted me with video on this shoot. I edited some of his footage together to make this montage.
